1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the waze2 website accessible at https://waze2.app and all related subdomains.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the platform.
• "Account" refers to the user's personal profile created during the registration process, containing personal information and money balance.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of money held in the user's account at any given time, consisting of real money and bonus money.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total wagering value that must be reached before bonus money can be converted into real money eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" encompasses all gaming products offered through the platform including online slots, sports betting, live casino and crash games.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To use the waze2 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration and throughout the period of use.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or any gambling restriction programme involving this platform.
• Provide registration information that is accurate, complete and current, including full name, date of birth, mobile phone number and a valid email address.
• Agree to undergo an identity verification process when requested by the platform.

3 User Account

Each user is only allowed to hold one (1) account. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being terminated and all existing balances being frozen.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any party.
• Ensuring all personal information in your account is current and accurate.
• Reporting to the support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• All activity that occurs under your account, including activity carried out by third parties who gained access through your own negligence.

The platform will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an account due to the user's failure to keep login credentials confidential.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the waze2 platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM10 regardless of the payment method used.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time typically takes between 5 to 30 minutes after verification.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered under the same account name. Funds cannot be transferred to a third-party account.
• The platform reserves the right to hold any withdrawal for compliance review purposes when required under internal procedures.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

waze2 offers various promotions to members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. General bonus conditions are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit up to RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus value. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100 with a wagering requirement of RM2,500 (RM100 × 25).
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no direct cash value.
• Using more than one account to claim the same bonus is prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all such bonuses.
• The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit the bonus system through dishonest means will result in bonus cancellation and possible account termination.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the waze2 platform operate using a random number generator (RNG) that has been certified and audited by an independent party. Game results are final and cannot be disputed.

• Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. The platform provides game information for user reference.
• Any technical disruption during a game that causes loss of wagering data will be reviewed and resolved based on accurate system logs.
• waze2 reserves the right to void or suspend any wager found to involve a technical irregularity, display error or other unusual circumstance.
• For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are the applicable odds except in cases of significant technical inaccuracy.

7 Accepted User Behaviour

Users agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or other unauthorised methods to interact with the platform.
• Any form of player collusion to manipulate game outcomes.
• Cheating, forging documents or providing false information to the platform.
• Any activity that may be linked to money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Using the platform for business or commercial purposes without explicit written consent from waze2.
• Attempting to access platform systems or data without authorisation, or disrupting the normal operation of the platform.

A breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, freezing of all balances, and where applicable, legal action.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

waze2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any term in this document or other platform policies.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents within the specified period.
• A voluntary request from the user to close their own account.
• Compliance with instructions from relevant authorities or licensing requirements.

If an account is terminated due to fraud or breach of terms, the platform reserves the right to withhold the existing balance for investigation and recovery purposes.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• The waze2 platform makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from technical errors at all times.
• waze2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• The platform's maximum total liability to any user in any situation shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim.
• Users use the platform at their own risk and are fully responsible for their gambling decisions.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

waze2 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

It is the user's responsibility to check this page from time to time to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.
